WHAT IS IT?

WHAT DOES IT DO?

CLA has several impressive properties. It is anti-inflammatory, it is a partitioning agent that directs calories to muscle rather than fat cells, and it is an antioxidant. It is synergistic with Guarana (a source of caffeine) and the combination reduced fat cell volume and numbers of fat cells by 50% in a study of obese mice. Sesame lignans help prevent excess epidymal and perineal fat in combination with CLA.

Sesame lignans have been shown to further increase the burning of fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation in the liver. As with any fatty acid, CLA can be oxidized by free radicals once it has been ingested. Sesame lignans help prevent the oxidation of CLA, providing health benefits without negative impact.
 

CAUTIONS

Do not take it with a fat blocker such as Chitosan. Caffeine may cause insomnia or jitteriness if taken late at night.

DOSE

3 to 4 capsules should be taken in the morning at once or in divided doses with a non-fiber meal. Do not take after dinner.  It may take some weeks to months to work. Typically, it starts working in 6 weeks for most people. No noticeable changes may occur for some time, then change may be rapid after that. Be patient.
